Investors were being slow to embrace the access to the private rental market that Landbay’s peer-to-peer platform had created. We reinvigorated the Landbay Rental Index, created a new annual report, and delivered a programme of stakeholder engagement coupled with media interviews to make sure the word was spread far and wide.
